Cancellation Policy

Cancel 2 weeks before your event: full refund.

Cancel 1 week before your event: 50% refund of your deposit.

Cancel the week of your event and your event will be rescheduled.

Foam parties are rain or shine events and we will not allow light rain to stop us from having fun. However, in the event of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that could present a safety risk to our staff and customers, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or postpone your booking.

We will discuss these options with you prior to a decision being made.
